Michael Jackson estate wants in-laws out

The executors of Michael Jackson’s estate have gone to court to kick out Jackson’s former sister-in-law and her five children from the family’s Encino compound, TMZ.com reports. They characterize Alejandra Oaziaza as a freeloader who has never paid rent and has been asked repeatedly to leave.

Katherine Jackson, who is guardian to Michael Jackson’s three children, wants to renovate the property but Oaziaza and her kids refuse to vacate and reportedly turned down an offer for their own condo elsewhere ... possibly because a condition of the offer was that in exchange Oaziaza would scuttle her plans to write a tell-all book about the Jackson clan.

Oaziaza has three children from her relationship with youngest Jackson brother Randy, and those three children, all adults, were specifically named in the filing and asked to vacate the premises. Oaziaza (not too much) later hooked up with Jermaine Jackson and had two children with him, both of whom are still minors.
